Register today to participate as a competitor or volunteer at the North American Inspectors Championship
The championship will take place Tuesday through Saturday, Aug. 19-23, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in conjunction with the American Trucking Associations' National Truck Driving Championships and National Step Van Driving Championships.
Inspectors will not only compete against other inspectors from jurisdictions across North America, they'll also receive training on the latest commercial motor vehicle safety trends, technologies, standards, and inspection procedures while sharing ideas, information, and experiences with fellow inspectors.
Registration
There are no fees to compete or volunteer; however, advance registration is required to ensure adequate arrangements and materials for event activities. Online registration for contestants, guests, judges, and volunteers must be completed by Monday, July 28.

Hotel Reservations
The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis offers accommodations at $209 per night, plus 13.5% tax. When making a reservation, be sure to adjust the default dates listed to your travel dates. Hotel accommodations are “first come, first served” and may sell out at any time. The CVSA group rate will be available until Monday, July 28, or until the room block sells out. After July 28, all unreserved rooms will be released to the general public. A portion of the room rate will be credited to CVSA to offset convention and administrative costs. Reserve your room.
Note: CVSA works only with the official accommodations providers listed on the event website and does not endorse the use of any third-party booking companies. Be aware of the malicious practice of room poaching, where third-party companies portray themselves as being associated with an event to solicit attendees for room reservations. This practice can not only be fraudulent but also has the potential to expose the association to penalties and cause increased room rates for future meetings.
Competition Location
Training and the competition will take place at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is connected to the Minneapolis Convention Center.
