Planning Your Stop Through Rogers Pass

Published

Commercial truck drivers travelling through Rogers Pass are reminded that seasonal parking restrictions remain in effect during ongoing construction. Review designated parking areas, alternative safe stops, and important safety reminders before your trip.

Commercial Truck Drivers

Thank you to for your ongoing cooperation and compliance as the Rogers Pass Centre structural repairs continue through 2027. The busy summer season is underway and parking remain limited. Here are a few reminders about parking locations and best practices in Rogers Pass.

To help manage congestion and maintain a safe environment for all visitors, commercial transport trucks are not permitted in the Rogers Pass washroom parking area between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. This is the area to the left (south side) of the Rogers Pass Centre.

Commercial truck parking remains available to the right (north side) of the Rogers Pass Centre, even when quickly stopping to use the washroom. A pedestrian pathway is maintained between the two areas.

Between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., commercial trucks may park near the washroom building on the highway side of the parking area. Parking directly in front of the washroom building is not permitted at any time. Please note that this area is limited to 30-minute parking only.

Signage in the Rogers Pass area has been updated. Please refer to the map below for parking locations.

When entering the Rogers Pass area, please slow down, stay alert, and watch for pedestrians. Thank you.
