**Prerequisites must be completed 14 calendar days in advance of the course start date. If this prerequisite is not met, the participant will be automatically removed from the course.

NSC Program Management (NSCP-M) picks up where AMTA’s NSC Program Administration course left off – with an audit. Participants of this course will look at examples of issues commonly identified during a compliance audit. The purpose of this course is to help you answer the question “what do I do now?” Key topics addressed in this course include:
- NSC legislation
- Procedure development
- Performance outcomes based on policy
- Improvement plans
- Data categorization and monitoring
- Action implementation
NSCP-M was designed for professionals responsible for overseeing a carrier’s NSC program by developing the skills and knowledge to be successful at the following:
- Using a simple model to improve an organization’s systems and performance: planning, doing, checking and acting
- Understanding how to apply the information in the context of a commercial carrier
- Planning for improvement and using policy to improve performance
- Supporting action with effective procedures
- Checking for improvements and identifying types of data (leading and lagging indicators)
- Taking necessary actions based on information
