Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)

WHMIS is one of the most important occupational health and safety regulations with which employers must comply in Canada.  The basic aim of WHMIS is to reduce accidents and injuries in the workplace.  Minimum of 10 students per In-Class session to insure effective instruction.

The focus of the course is on

• whether a chemical being handled is hazardous

• the nature of a hazard

• the safe handling, storage, use of disposal measures that should be taken

This course can be taken Online or In-Class.

Cost:    Online course: $35.00 + GST Members / $50 + GST Non-Members

In-Class course: $75 + GST Members / $100 + GST Non-Members
