designed to help safety Personnel understand the philosophy of
safety management and help integrate this into the
decision-making process. This course is designed as the first
step for companies participating in WCB’s Partners In Injury
Reduction (PIR) program. The course is a must to gain the
additional PIR discounts under the new WCB performance pricing
and to obtain a Certificate of Recognition (COR).
