Leadership for Safety Excellence

Enhancing organizational functioning by creating safety excellence presents an unprecedented opportunity to all workers. This one-day course focuses on the core concepts that define organizational safety. This is achieved by looking at a multi-dimensional model for safety excellence, ensuring that the value of safety is properly understood. The role of supervisors and workers will be highlighted, along with the corporate culture that needs to be developed in order to see excellence in all that relates to safety.
