Learn to navigate the many highways and byways of the hiring process. Hiring employees is the most expensive decision any company can make – don’t be unarmed.

This course looks at the complete hiring process: from collecting data about candidates, to background checks, conducting a thorough panel interview and writing a job offer. Whether you are hiring a driver, a dispatcher, a manager or an executive, you need to learn the newest techniques for the hiring process.
