Now is the time to learn what, where, when, why and how to accommodate an aging population, as well as mental and physical illness in the workforce. Accommodation of reduced health can cost you millions or can be the saviour of your greatest asset: your employees.

Learn what rights and obligations you have under the law. What is the duty to accommodate and how can you make best use of the tools to reduce your overall costs associated with the duty to accommodate.
