Well Service Now PIC Approved
This month
another Alberta-based trucking fleet has received the mark of
excellence and will be enjoying the perks, including operational
savings, which only those fleets with exceptional safety records
can receive.
Congratulations to:
Trican Well Service Ltd.
Trican joins an ever growing list of truck and bus companies
that are truly living the motto “safety pays.”
BECOME
A PIC CARRIER
— To become a PIC member, a company
must have successfully passed both a recent external National
Safety Code (NSC) audit (with a high
passing mark) and a Certificate of Recognition (COR)
audit. Once the audits are complete, interviews are held with
company executives, the safety director and the maintenance
manager who must successfully demonstrate the company’s high
operating standards. If these requirements are successfully
completed, a recommendation is then made to the
PIC Membership Committee which makes
the final decision about the company’s entry into the
PIC program.
